I always think that satan’s main job is to separate us or even break us at any moment of time whether it by at home, work, anywhere generally. He brings temptation in us that know we struggle the most, but in these cases, we have to know that Jesus Christ is in all of us, and that we have the Holy Spirit as our comforter and helper. Doing a morning prayer and putting up the full amor of God is important because it allows us to start our day being prepared. Setting up a morning routine where spending time with Him even as little as 5-10 minutes can help strengthen and remind us that there’s nothing in this world that can harm or even break us as long as we keep Him close to our hearts as much as possible.
