When it comes to troubleshooting a mobile device, I think the most simple step is to first restart the device. Restarting the device helps clear all apps that were open before, and it can also help get rid of any glitches that your device may be experiencing. Another troubleshooting method could be simply checking your device for updates. Sometimes, mobile devices will update on their own, but if they don’t, that can sometimes be the cause of different bugs or any trouble with using apps. Something that I do is go through my apps frequently and delete any apps I may not use anymore to help free up storage and prevent my device from possibly slowing down.
