Hi, Carlos. I like that you said that we all do our own troubleshoots from time to time. I think a lot of us as users at least try to do the things that are possible for us to try so we can fix the things we own or use. This can apply to checking that every cable is plugged in, seeing if we tried all the right buttons on a screen, etc.
