Live Instructor-Led Classes
In order to qualify for a refund minus cancellation fees, individuals who have registered for a live instructor-led class must submit a written cancellation request before the specified deadline. This deadline falls on the Friday occurring one month prior to the class commencement. Should MILE2 receive a cancellation request after this deadline, MILE2 reserves the right to issue a credit to the registrant’s MILE2 account. This credit can be applied towards participation in another live class within a period of 12 months. Failure to utilize the credit within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of funds by the registrant.
Ultimate Products, Exam Combos, Study Materials, Labs, Memberships and Subscriptions
All MILE2 online learning and examination product purchases are final and non-refundable, as the product content and materials are immediately accessible upon completion of the purchase.
