This devotion i feel like hits home. When i first gave my life to Christ, everything had changed for me, and my love for Him was on FIRE. TO this day, i am still on fire for the Lord, but spiritual warfare became difficult and is a battle that we all eventually have to battle each and everyday, which is why Christ said to pick up your cross daily. God will always be there to comfort us in need and will always have a place for us to rest too, which is always comforting. I feel like HE will always care as long as we look to Him for help, but because David show true love and faith towards Him, He provided everything he needed for protection. This is also a reminder that we should not lean on our own as the flesh has a will on its own, but rather Lean on Him in which he will provide and protect. We cant fights these battle alone, only God can.
