Rooms with heavy power use, like server rooms, should have good airflow and temperature control. Training employees is also important. Everyone should know evacuation routes, how to report smoke or strong carbon smells, and when to use a fire extinguisher. Conducting regular fire drills helps people stay prepared. Combining equipment checks, workplace safety, and strong training, a security officer can greatly reduce the chance of a fire.
