There are many operating applications on any given computer. Some are even tailored to the computer itself, while others can be used on all computers.

As a Graphic Designer and Media Producer for my church, there are many different applications that I use. Because of that, many come to mind. The first one that comes to mind is DaVinci Resolve. DaVinci Resolve is an editing software used to edit different types of videos. It’s used for short films, YouTube videos, and even Marvel movies. It has many features such as cut and edit pages, fairlight (adudio), fusion (VFX and motion graphics), and many other features.

I also use an application called Finder. Now, this is the equivalent to File Explorer on Windows Operating Systems. I use both, my Macbook for Work, and my Dell computer for personal use. These types of file programs provide a place to store files and projects for easy access and storage.

Another application is task manager. Task Manager is a handy tool that helps you see what applications are running on your computer. And, it also shows how much memory, CPU, disk, and network storage each specific application is pulling. You can end a task if it is not responding and you can’t close it, and it can also show users, services, and can open a new application.

The final application I use is Google Chrome. This is an internet browser by Google that allows you to access the internet. It helps you access information, streaming services, email, work projects, college, banks, etc. It is a gateway to life, in a sense. We can do a lot through this application. This is why applications are so important to us. They help us to accomplish the things necessary to get jobs, college, and personal things done.
