Problems related to the paper itself may be fixed by checking the feed rollers, paper belt, and paper path. With hardware issues like this, something may need to be fixed or even replaced.

If the user is unable to connect to the printer, there are garbled characters on output, or printer access is denied, it would probably be more helpful to check the software. Ensure the right features are enabled and the right permissions are granted. Additionally, check the operating system and its software programs related to the print.
