I really like how you took this lesson and thought about it from an everyday perspective. I often find connecting things I learn and how I’ve already used or could possibly use them in an everyday setting makes it easier for me to learn and remember. I think slowing down and recognizing the issue is something a lot of people struggle with, and that’s why troubleshooting is overlooked a lot. People want things to work fast and consistently, and that’s just not how things work sometimes. But I completely agree that taking time to recognize the problem is very useful not only with systems but with things we do in our everyday lives. I think you put this in a different perspective that not everyone may look at it from, and you did a good job at explaining why troubleshooting is important.
