HDMI and VGA cables are two types of video connectors that are used to transmit video signals from a source to a display device. HDMI, which stands for High-Definition Multimedia Interface, is a newer standard that transmits digital video and audio signals. It supports higher resolutions and is used in TVs, gaming consoles, and PCs. The HDMI have a male connector size of 13.9mm 4.45mm and 19 pins, eliminating the need for separate audio cables. The HDMI connector is called type A. The VGA, or Video Graphics Array, is an older analog technology that transmits video signals and is used in older equipment that may not have HDMI capabilities. It has a maximum resolution of 1600×1200 pixels and does not provide audio transmission, which means a separate cable is required for sound. The VGA cables have a 15-pin connector and are typically used for computer video output.
