When we troubleshoot mobile devices, the same is true for computers. They need to be turned off, with an additional having the battery out as well. With internet issues, we can definitely figure out configurations and internet settings. When issues arise, always make sure that updates are recent so that we can look to other factors that have caused issues. On our mobile devices, we should restart our phone in case of any accidents and find the issues.
