BUYER VERIFICATION REQUIREMENT: All orders that are placed INTERNATIONALLY, but sent to a DIFFERENT shipping address than the billing address, as well as orders of SIGNIFICANT dollar amounts will require special verification. For such orders, Mile2 requires exact credit card credentials as well as a follow up phone call from Mile2 representative. Repeatedly submitting such orders without verification will cause the order to be completely denied. The exact phone number associated with the credit card billing information will be required for a phone call follow up by Mile2's risk management department. This requirement allows Mile2 to request additional security information on file with the credit cards financial institution. Once verification is complete, authorization will be given to approved orders and the associated products will be distributed promptly.

COMPLETION OF COURSE: Completion of any module, within any field of study, is predicated on 100% attendance. Failure to meet attendance requirements negates MILE2’s entire obligation in this contract.

RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION POLICY: Mile2 requires notification in writing of cancellation or rescheduling 15 business days in advance of the scheduled class/classes. Class cancellations less than 15business days prior to the start date will be charged a 100% cancellation fee. Program students will be charged retail tuition for all modules attended. Absence without notice will be charged 100% of tuition. Cancellation fees may be credited to rescheduled attendance subject to availability. Mile2 has the right to reschedule the course or provide an alternative Guaranteed to Run course in place of registered course should Mile2 desire to with no penalty whatsoever.

Student Withdrawal Policy: MILE2 staff reserves the right to withdraw a student from any class/program for reasons including, but not limited to disruptive conduct, or an inability on the student’s part to maintain the learning level of normal class instruction. Transfers among sections will be approved only on a space available basis. Students are not allowed to bring any personal or unauthorized software into the rooms or put personal/unauthorized software on Mile2 or Mile2’s Training computers. To do so will result in immediate dismissal of the student. The student agrees to abide by parking, food, and smoking policies in existence at the Mile2 training location. The undersigned agrees that if food/drink is brought into a classroom and such causes damage to any equipment, the undersigned is responsible for the cost of damage and repair.
