If you're assisting a student and want to verify whether their voucher code is valid, follow the steps below. This process helps ensure the code is active and assigned to the correct course before sharing it with the student.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1) Go to the Voucher Redemption Page
• Visit the website and click on “Redeem a Voucher” from the course catalog or main menu.
2) Select the Course
• From the dropdown menu, choose the course the student is enrolling in (for example, C)DRE: Certified Disaster Recovery Engineer).
3) Add the Course to the Cart
• Click “Add to Cart” once the course is selected.
4) Go to the Cart Page
• Navigate to the cart, typically accessible at the top-right of the website.
5) Enter the Voucher Code
• In the Discount Coupon Code field, enter the voucher code provided to the student.
• Click “Apply Discount Coupon.
6) Check the Cart Total
• If the total updates to $0.00 and no error message appears, the voucher is:
> Valid
> Unused
> Linked to the course
7) Remove the Code (Optional)
• After confirming the code is valid, click “Remove” next to the discount code to clear it from your cart.
• This will not affect the code's usability — the student will still be able to use it.
If the Code Doesn't Work
If you receive an error when applying the code, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
• The code has already been used.
• The code is not linked to the selected course.
• The code was entered incorrectly (check for typos).
In any of these cases, you're welcome to contact us using the Support Ticket system. We can check the code's status and confirm whether it is valid, already redeemed, or associated with a different course.
