In today’s world, we are indeed surrounded by so many voices—on social media, the news, and entertainment. It is easy to get caught up in all the noise and lose focus on what really matters. The verse from Matthew 17 is a clear and loving message from God telling us to listen to His Son, Jesus. That means putting aside the distractions and spending time in prayer, reading the Bible, and opening our hearts to what God wants to say.

I really appreciate how you pointed out that while it’s okay to stay informed about what is happening in the world, it is even more important to focus on what has eternal value. God’s voice brings peace, truth, and direction. The world can be confusing, but Jesus brings clarity and hope. Your message challenged me to think more about what I am listening to every day.
