On a similar note, I have employee who is completely honest with me. When she agrees with me, she’ll state it out loud and when she disagrees, she also be vocal about it. She is a very good employee who I completely respect. I appreciate the honest and direct feedback. (Others who are less confident also know that they can feed her ideas and she won’t be afraid to state it.) I really appreciate the open communication and the employees love it because we can course correct quickly when necessary.
