Kelly,

That is the key. Success comes from the culture of the business environment. I very similar as in hiring as well. I investigate character and attitude during our interviews. I even hired what society deems as criminals that are on work release. I would interview these work release candidates the same way. Once I am able to see the good, I am delighted to train and coach them everyway that I can on the job.
